T1 IssuesT1's are a monitored service. If your T1 goes down, our Business Support Team is paged regarding your T1. We will attempt to contact you to verify that you are not experiencing a power outage, or performing maintenance. If not, we will work with you to get your service restored as soon as possible.
We do ask that you notify us if you are planning on taking your T1 equipment out of service for maintenance.
