Velocity Telephone provides inside wiring/jack troubleshooting, repair and installation for our customers.

Labor rate (minimum 1 hour, 30 minute increments thereafter):

  • $65/hour + $32 trip charge (M-F 8a-5p, subject to availability)
  • $97.50/hour + $32 trip charge (Other hours, subject to availability)

Hardware cost (in addition to labor):

  • $15 per jack
  • $0.50 per foot of cable

We do not drill holes or cut through walls. Our technicians reserve the right to turn down a job if it is beyond our capability. If so, you will not be charged.
