Voicemail Storage Limitations Our system only keeps voicemail, saved or otherwise, for 30 days. After this they are purged. There is no way to get them back and no way to extend this. If you need your voicemail stored in a permanent fashion, we recommend you sign up for our Unified Messaging service, which will send your voicemail messages to your e-mail box as an electronic sound file. You can then save this sound file on your computer for storage beyond 30 days.
